Using Celestial Cipher
Celestial Cipher offers Vedic astrology calculations and AI-written readings for guidance and reflection. Readings are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and nothing on the site predicts events with certainty. Please use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
Coins
Coins are a prepaid credit that can only be used for services on Celestial Cipher. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into money. Coins you buy do not expire while your account is open. Coins that come with a plan are added each billing month and carry over for one extra month.
What coins are used for
Each paid service shows its cost in coins before you use it, and nothing is taken without your confirmation. If an AI answer fails, the coins are returned to your balance automatically. Prices in coins may change; any change applies only to future use.
Plans
Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page; your plan and its benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for, and it will not renew after that. Switching plans takes effect straight away, with the price difference worked out by our payment provider.
Refunds
Because coins and plan benefits are digital services available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once coins have been used. If you bought coins by mistake and have not used any of them, or were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights, including any right to a refund under the consumer law where you live.
Payments
On our website, payments are processed securely by Stripe. In our iPhone and Android apps, purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds for those purchases are requested from Apple or Google. We never see or store your full card details. We keep a record of your plan, your coin balance and your coin history so your account works correctly.
Your account
Please keep your sign-in email secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, for example by automated use of the AI astrologer. If you delete your account, your coins and plan end with it; cancel any plan first so you are not charged again.
